Guests were complaining about theft. Front desk staff said she was sick. Side door didn't lock. Trash on floor of 2nd floor by the elevator.

The breakfast provided was very good and a wide variety to choose from.
The pool was filthy and after driving 11 hours and a car full of children, I was extremely disappointed. It was also not heated as advertised.
